By booking this unit you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all house rules.
We ask that all dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and it is started. There should be no dirty pots, pans, or bakeware. Please clean these after use. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE HDMI CABLE, KEYBOARD, MOUSE, USB TOGGLE, KEYS AND SECURITY FOB ARE LEFT IN THE UNIT AT CHECK OUT. IF THESE DEVISES ARE LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $15 FOR THE HDMI CABLE, $25 FOR A KEY, AND $50 FOR KEYBOARD, MOUSE, USB TOGGLE, AND SECURITY FOB.
Not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 3 pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us about our EXPRESS CHECK-IN options.
Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. .
This unit is located in a multi-family apartment with apartment rules. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine and result in the immediate termination of your reservation.
Is available and accessible with the security FOB. If you wish to park in the secured area you will need to provide Host with Make, Model of the vehicle and license plate State of issue and number. This will prevent it from being towed.
We are at the mercy of the property maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the complex staff, but it is dependent on maintenance's schedule. Examples: blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs fall under the “non-emergency” maintenance category. $50 fine for not allowing maintenance staff to enter during reservation.
Some of our units allow dogs and some don't. Please refer back to your specific booking for more information. Service animals and ESAs are welcomed in all of our units.
This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes Airbnb guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a large gathering, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. Your reservation will also be terminated. Please note the unit uses a noise monitoring devise. If the devise is tampered with, your reservation will be terminated and you will also be fined an additional $200.
We pay for valet trash. You may leave your trash can outside your door with the trash bag tied between the hours of 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and it will be collected for you. Please bring in the can as soon as possible and no later than 10:00 AM the next morning.
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $75.
